When does the festival take place? August 3-4, 2024.

Where does the festival take place? The Orpheum Theater in downtown Flagstaff.

How much is the submission fee? FIFF’s entry fee varies per category and deadline. Please visit FilmFreeway.com/FlagstaffFilmFestival for more information.

Do you have an Earlybird and Late Fee structure? Yes, we do. Please check our FilmFreeway submission platform for exact pricing.

Can I get refunded if my project is not eligible? Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds. Please carefully check the guidelines to see if your film is eligible or not prior to submitting.

Do you accept PayPal? At this time only for donations. Please submit to our festival through FilmFreeway.

I’m a student. What are the conditions? There is a reduced submission fee to enter FIFF for all of our eager young filmmakers. Please check our FilmFreeway page for student rates.

When will I be notified? Please visit FilmFreeway for deadlines and notification information.

Do you mail the winners their trophy? If the filmmaker(s) cannot attend, we prefer that you send someone to represent your film. If no one is able to attend please let us know prior to the festival, and we will mail you your trophy. You will also receive an awards credit on IMDB.

FOR AUDIENCE MEMBERS

Can I purchase tickets at the venue, or do all purchases have to be online? Yes, you can purchase tickets at the venue and through our website on our Tickets + Schedule page.

If I can’t make the festival could I get a refund? Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds.

Do you have a Lost & Found? Yes, any items found will be held at the Orpheum Theater. Please contact them at (928) 556-1580 if you have lost something.

Can I bring my support animal? Yes, if you have proper documentation you can bring your support animal.

Is the venue wheelchair accessible? Yes, the venue is.

Do you serve alcohol at this venue? Yes, there is a 21+ bar for guests.
